American Airlines Continues To Have No Concern For My Wellfare And Results of Cancelled PLane Ticket And Refund Check That I Will Never Receive 10-8-2016

October 5, 2016

Dear Miss Cary:

Thank you for your email dated October 1, 2016 about the refund of your unused ticket from Miami to Cozumel. We have carefully reviewed everything in your file based on your continued concern.
After thorough research of your reservation and emails, we have not found any reason to change the original decision and we are unable to honor your request for a free domestic or international ticket to anywhere we fly.
Additionally, we refunded your ticket from Miami to Cozumel for $74.63 and mailed the check on July 21, 2016 to the address we had on file for you at 1215 NW 4th street, Gainesville, Florida 32601.
Ms. Cary, we are sorry that we couldn't reach an amicable resolution to the situation.

Sincerely,

Jerry Cole
