Thank you so very much, for you support and concern, in regards to my desperate needs, for safety, and political asylum-somewhere in Europe. I will take the time, to visit the website information, that you provided to me, in your email communications, in order to file a formal complaint, in regards to my continuing: hostage situation, in the United States. I have been actively held, as a political prisoner, in the United States, for almost 20 years now.
It has only been, in the past 6 years-that I have been homeless, with no access, to almost anything I require-almost all of the time, that I have been, actively flying from the United States, seeking assistance with my situation here in the United States, by sitting down, and speaking in person, to people, in Europe and elsewhere, who may be both: able and willing to assist me, and my 3 children, with our emergency needs-which are, directly related to the present: political, economic, and sociopolitical situation, of the United States, under the direction and the rules, of:
The Obama Administration, which-supports: International Terror. I am still collecting pertinent information, documentation, and evidence, that support, my application, for political asylum in Europe, and my International legal cases, regarding, serious violations, of my: civil and human rights, and, my International legal cases, against entire countries, businesses, organizations, and individuals-who continue to refuse to provide me with: attention, and emergency assistance, in my hour, of most desperate need.
As a "White" American, I honestly find the situation in the US-unbearable. I am capable of working. I keep a house clean. I know how to care for myself, and for my 3 children. I even know what medications I need from my general practitioner-in order to clear up my acne. I am too uncomfortable, with the fact, that almost everything fundamental, that I require, and must have to survive in the United States, is constantly denied to me. However, were the only issues, that I have nothing that I need, then perhaps, one could argue, that my application for political asylum, does not meet, the threshold for assistance.
I am being persecuted in the United States, by some of the new Obama Administration police officers, and security guards, and, by almost all of the immigrants, who came to the US, from Africa, in order to support the Obama Administration. Last night, I sat, and listened to a Crazy Nigerian-for 6 hours again, telling a perfectly White woman with White skin and blond hair-how much he hates her, and, how much he hates everything about her-if, it reminded him, of anything White.
I do not know, if I can stand to listen to the Nigerian, for another night, however, I want to record his Crazy conversation, for court, for other people to witness-the man is more than just abusive, to the White woman, that he talks to, at the bus stop every night, and they are a couple. I think, that it is a politically supported, domestic abuse situation-like when White women, visit Africa, and they are forced to marry a Crazy African.
I have found, that sound recordings, in addition to just photos, or videos, are beneficial, as: evidence, and support, and, had I more money, then, I would be able to purchaser more complex recording devices, for better exposure, of the plethora, of problems that exist in the United States right now-which are almost all of them, directly related to The Obama Administration, and his interest, and support, for: Crazy Africans, Retarded people in general, and for International Terrorism (Terrorism with no borders-the African Diaspora).
When I first met, the Nigerian man, that I am referring to, in the paragraph above, the man told me, that he was Jamaican. Americans love Jamaicans, because American and Jamaicans, usually have similar cultural values, because, Jamaica, is a former British colony. I have spent some time visiting Jamaica. I had a wonderful time in Jamaica-I loved it there, when I went, in: 1992. The nude beach, even with giant naked Jamaican men on it, was perfectly safe, and fun for me, and for the small child, that I was nanny to-at that time.
Last night, I expressed anger towards the Nigerian, because of what he was talking about, and because of how abusive he was being, towards the White woman, that he sits with every night. It was at that time, that the Nigerian became nastier towards me, and then, finally told me the truth, that, he is not even a Jamaican. I have had problems in the United States, with Nigerians before. I was disappointed, in the Nigerians commentary last night, about-essentially, his girlfriend, however, I am not so naive-this is how every Nigerian, I have ever met, relates to both: White people, and to Americans.
Nigeria is a medium sized country, on the continent of Africa. Nigerians, should be wealthy beyond belief, according to accounts, regarding how much gas, and oil, that country is supposed to have available to sale. However, from what I have read online: Nigeria, like every other country on the continent of Africa, is under the direction of an African dictator, who hoards, and spends, all of the revenue, from gas/oil reserves in Nigeria-himself, and then, his country qualifies, for: International Monetary Fund (IMF), and World Bank (WB) funding again-because his population of Africans, are suffering to much-again, and, that is inhumane.
Nigerians over produce. Nigerians, almost never have very much money, because of the financial policy of the Nigerian African dictatorship. Nigerians have soo many babies, that Nigeria-although only a medium sized country, is reported to be, the most populous country, in Africa. Africans living in Nigeria, are encouraged, to reproduce, and to have too many children, for the caring capacity of the country. Then, Nigeria, encourages their starving, abused children-who are essentially raised as terrorists, to immigrate to anywhere else in the world, because, it is too inhumane, for Nigerians, to be dying all over Nigeria, because the Nigerian government supports an African dictatorship, and policy, of: complete disregard, and no care at all, for anything human-or alive (in general)!
When Nigerians arrive in the US, they come as: "soldiers," as terrorists, as uneducated who are not prepared to enter the American work force, they come to the US-full of sexually transmitted diseases and parasites, and, they come with diseases that not endemic to the US-which spread, after their arrival, like: cholera-in France, and West Nile virus-Jacksonville, FL, etc. .
When African immigrants, arrive in the US, their list of problems, and lack of education, never detour, from them gaining access, to some of the highest paying, most coveted US employment positions, within US government. The Africans usually gain high quality, upper middle-class housing right away, because of their, preferential hiring treatment, for US employment, within the US government: US Postal Service, FBI, CIA, US Police, US Homeland Security, US Security Officers, US Libraries, US School system as educators, US Hospitals, etc.
Because Africans hate everyone White, and Obama is president, and I have been identified as White, because I am both: Asian, and a conservative American, I was illegally "Blacklisted," in 2008. I have had no employment opportunities in the US, since 2008, because I am "White," in the Biblical sense-although my skin color can be quite dark, because I am an Asian Indian. It matters not, how much education obtain, or how hard I work in the US: housing, employment, medical treatment, medicine, and other fundamental needs, including, access to a toilet, shower, food, clean clothing, etc.-are denied to me, on a regular basis, and that is never going to change-in my opinion-this is the new America: “We hate Whites!" More Crazy Africans, are arriving in the US-everyday.
And, Mr. Obama, and the Obama Administration, thanks to government funding restrictions, that were loosened by the younger President George W. Bush, funding to churches, by the US government, is more prevalent today-than it has ever been in the past. The thin line, that traditionally separates-church and state in the US, is disappearing, with: The Obama Administration. I think that United States government, funding churches in the US-for any reason whatsoever, is one of the biggest mistakes, America has ever made, for Homeland US Security.
Mr. Obama, supports a form of African Christianity-that I cannot abide, which teaches everyone-even White people, to hate, White people. The US government-in other words, has made it legal, for the US government, to fund churches, that teach a form of biblical Christianity, which teaches Americans, to: “Hate All White People”-everywhere in the world. The fact that my 3 children and I, are all Buddhists, is a serious problem for us, in a country, where, religious freedom, no longer really exists.
When I spoke to the interviewer, at: UDi, in Norway, while providing information, for my political asylum application, I made it very clear, that I am illegally denied, what I need in the US, because of the current political state, of the US-due to the Obama Administration. I am denied what I need, to survive, and, I am persecuted-my life in America, and the lives of my 3 children, here in the US, are in danger, because:
1) We are classified as "White" and "American," because we are Indian Asians, and we grew up, in wealthy White America;
2) We are all 3 of us Buddhists, and, in addition, to Africans hating White people, and, hating conservative White Americans, Africans hate Buddhist-a man told me, just this morning, that it is a serious problem, that I am not a Christian;
3) Africans want all: White people, and all Americans, to leave America, and, they are not shy about telling me about how I should get out of my own country-all of the time. Yesterday, I was having an asthma attack, while I was waiting, for the public library to open, and I asked a women-smoking, in front of the no smoking sign, to please, smoke somewhere else, because-I could not breathe. The woman yelled at me, and told me to get out of America-if I am asthmatic, because she can smoke her Crack, anywhere she wants-even in front of the no smoking sign, at the public library;
4) Additionally, I require political asylum, because, I cannot have a bank account, in the United States. This is a serious problem for me, several years ago, other countries were beginning to have problems, with banking, in America-Royal Bank of Canada, pulled their banks all out, and Barclays lost 50 million pounds-overnight.
My Suntrust bank account, was illegally overdrawn, in 2012, when a check for 2250.00-that completely cleared, was returned to the payee, 3 weeks, after the check cleared. I complained about the situation, and called, and sent letters, and, I was not allowed to communicate with legal, at SunTrust, and then I was fined: 430.00 USD, by SunTrust, for their illegal mistake, and transaction. I have almost no money at all, a net loss, of over: 2000.00 USD, when you are homeless, is devastating.
I was saving money, to pay for law school in the US, I had been admitted full scholarship, to a law school in Boston, and could not even begin to consider the offer, because Suntrust Bank, stole, soo much money, out of my student financial aid banking account, connected to: The University of Florida. Then, it recently happened again, and the problem was much worse.
I was having security issues, with my student bank account-again: HigherOne-which is attached, to my Northcentral University, PhD program, and post masters certificate, doctoral research studies program, in: business administration with a specialization, on: advanced accounting. I was having problems, with a breach of security, in regards to my new student financial aid bank account with: HigherOne Bank, out of New Haven, CT, US.
The bank-HigherOne, froze my student financial bank account, at a: -99,000.00 USD, when the breach of security issues, were the fault of the bank, and not my fault at all. I was not passing out my passwords, or student loan banking information. It has been over a year, since my student bank account with HigherOne bank was frozen, at an unheard of negative balance, and, it is now time for me to receive student financial aid again, and, I still have no access, to the money, that I left in the bank account last year.
I have no access-still, to financial aid monies, that I require for my studies this year, to pay for expenses related, to my current doctoral studies, including, and not limited to: text books, housing, WiFi, computer related resources, etc. I cannot live in the United States, with no access, to: money, employment to earn money, banking to keep my money safe, or even-massive cash reserves, when I require that, as well;
5) Police in the United States, persecute me, for the US government. Many of the newer US police officers, that have been hired by the US government-are completely retarded, they follow me around to arrest me, for no reason at all, and they ignore, every other real problem that exists.
Police threaten to arrest me, for the follow reasons:
· I am tired, and I sit down-then they try to arrest me for temporarily blocking sidewalk;
· I get tired, and need to sit down, because of excruciating body pain-police try to arrest me, for sitting at a space designated, as a city bus stop;
· I am in too much pain, from walking around, and there is nowhere to sit, and I have to sit down anyway-police try to arrest me, for sitting on a piece of cement wall immediately adjacent to sidewalk, they designate it private property, or;
· Police try to arrest me, for sitting on a park bench, in front of a private apartment building, or;
· On the sidewalk, in front of a government building-such as a courthouse, or;
· For sitting on the very bottom steps-when there is not sermon in session, in front of an American Christian church; police in the US, also try to arrest me;
· For seeking shelter, during times of extreme and severe weather, such as:
1. Hurricane winds and severe thunderstorm rain;
2. Blizzards and snow storms;
3. Hail storms;
4. Tornadoes warnings and sirens are going off, etc. .
Police try to arrest me in the US-continued, for:
· Borrowing a shopping cart, that is not lock wheel restricted, to carry my airport suitcases to shopping centers, so that I have something to carry my luggage in-because it is too heavy for my back injuries, and;
· To carry my groceries in-they are too heavy for my serious and permanent injuries, to my: back, ankles, and wrists-as well, police in the US, try to arrest me;
· For being an asthmatic, with severe asthma-who complains about people, smoking Crack in my face-while I am standing in front of a no smoking sign;
· Police steal from me-every time they illegally detain me-when I did not break the law again.
I was just illegally detained, by Norwegian police, for making an appointment, in Olso, Norway, to meet with an attorney there, about appealing the UDi decision, that rejected my desperately need, application for political asylum-when I was released from the illegal deportation detention in Oslo, Norway, my United States Social Security Card, was missing again. Police in Seattle, WA-tried to beat me to death, and illegally jailed me, in 2013, and at that time, they also illegally denied me all of my Miranda Rights.
It is a huge big deal, to illegally deny any individual in the United States, their Miranda Rights, and the Judge, at the Seattle, WA court house, did not care at all. Seattle, WA police, called me mental, for complaining about the illegal severe beating, the illegal arrest and detainment in solitary, the illegal denial of Miranda Rights, etc. The Seattle, WA police,
also stole my Social Security card, my well fare benefits card, my food stamp card, etc.
6) I am supposed to receive a very pithy monthly allowance, from the United States Social Security office, to help me, with some of the attendant costs, of living in the US. The US Social Security office, makes excuses every time I go into to speak to them, as to why they do not want to pay me, the benefits, that the S government, has promised me.
US government pretends like Social Security has given me money, and issued checks to me, in my name, that I have received, and, therefore, I owe them money, and the truth, is that I have never had access, to money, that they pretend I owe to them. The US Social Security, writes up money, that I never received, as an overpayment-even though I hire US legal aid to assist me, and I provide more than adequate evidence to the contrary-in support of my argument and case. Then, US Social Security cuts my government well fare benefit check-every single month.
7) Travel, is also a serious problem for me. Africans, who work for Obama, as part of US police, TSA US airport security, HSS-private US airport security, and even, for various airlines, try to prevent me from flying, to illegal detain me as a hostage in the United States-even after I have paid, for the plane ticket, and, passed through security, and done the initial check in-upon arrival, at the gate for my flight.
I flew into Miami airport: MIA, 3 weeks ago, to catch a connecting flight to Cozumel, Mexico. I paid for housing, at approximately: 10.00 USD per night, in Cozumel, Mexico, and Africans in the Miami airport, who work for American Airlines, illegally cancelled my ticket to Cozumel-they would not allow me to check in at my gate, they would not allow me to board my flight, they would not issue me another plane ticket for my flight for free, they would not assist me, or even provide directions to me, in how to contact American Airlines, in order to request an immediate refund, of my airplane ticket.
I have been living on the streets in West Palm Beach, FL-for almost an entire month now, because my plane ticket to Cozumel, Mexico, was illegally cancelled, by Africans working for American Airlines. I have for family, or friends in West Palm Beach, FL. I have no access to: employment, housing, shower, etc.-here, in West Palm Beach, FL. It is hurricane season, right now in Florida, and I have no access, to any shelter from the storm rains-if it ever rains, after the local public library closes, and, that has already happened several times now, and-even in the middle night.
I have severe pain, from my permanent physical injuries, and, I have nowhere comfortable, to sleep, because Africans who work for American Airlines, thought it would be fine, to cancel my plane ticket-without my permission, after I was a competent responsible adult, and made arrangements, for somewhere safe to live, at a cost I could afford, and for this entire month-which had to be in Mexico, because the US government, does almost nothing to help me. I spend too much time, taking care of myself, and providing for myself, and working in various creative ways, to make ends meet, when I have almost nothing, and all of the time-while Africans, and Mr. Obama Administration supporters, complain about me constantly, and call me: “mental,” for:
1. Using laundry detergent at the laundromat;
2. For washing my body with soap;
3. For refusing to eat meat;
4. For skipping African church on Sunday;
5. For trying to repair my credit;
6. For pressing charges against people who assault me;
7. For filing police reports-when people steal from me;
8. For notifying the FBI in the US and for contacting law enforcement in other countries-when the situation becomes out-of-control-which is almost every day, and almost all of the time;
9. For refusing to date Africans or anyone else,
10. For collecting evidence to support my case for political asylum;
11. For refusing to leave my 3 children in the US-even a adults;
12. For filing legal cases, with International courts of human rights, etc. .
It is a miracle, that I am allowed access, to this public library, in West Palm Beach, FL-in order to send email communications, to apply for law school, to complete my doctoral studies homework, to talk to my friends on Facebook, and Skype, to charge my electronic devices, to use the toilet, to change into clean clothing, to sit inside in air conditioning, to rest my back in a comfortable chair, to gain access to cold water, to speak to new friends from West Palm Beach, etc.
8) I have severe infections, all over my body, that flare up, when I am homeless, and I cannot take care of myself well enough, such as, fungal infections:
· Acne;
· Asthma;
· Athletes foot;
· Dandruff;
· Blisters on hands and feet;
· large and small bruises;
· minor cuts;
· broken toes;
· toe nails that are falling off;
· resetting my own broken bones immediately after injury;
· fractured ankles;
· fractured wrists;
· severe back pain;
· constipation, etc. .
However, medical doctors in the US, refuse to see, and refuse to treat me, and refuse to write the correct prescriptions-all of the time. When I do manage to finally gain access, to a prescription that I need, the pharmacy, refuses to give me the medicine-even though the entire cost, is covered by my medical insurance, if, an African works at the pharmacy, that I have dropped my prescription off at.
It is soo hard for me to access medicine in America, for anything I am ill with, that, I treat almost all of my illnesses, on my own, and only with what I can afford, which are over-the-counter medications only, from: The Dollar Tree Store, and various food products, like vinegar, prune juice, and yogurt-that I have to purchase, with my very limited supply of food stamps. I am smart. I studied hard, as both: pre-legal and pre-medical.
I worked hard, as a pre-medical student, while I followed medical doctors, at hospitals, nursing homes, community health care clinics, outreach public shelters, and, at international service initiative projects. I have to utilize too much of what I learned, as a pre-medical student, to care for myself, as, a non-medically trained lay person. It is not just my need for medicine-anything that I need at all in the US-I have to do too much, for much self, including-too much, to keep myself safe, when, my life is always in constant danger.
Thank you for continuing to receive my email communications, regarding my need for immediate emergency assistance, in regards to my application, for political asylum, in Europe. The greatest barrier I face, is a barrier to recourse. It does not seem to matter how I approach the situation, I have no access in the US, to:
1. Law enforcement that will agree to keep me safe;
2. A lawyer who will agree to fairly represent me, and my valid cases in court; A court system, that is willing to listen honestly, and, then decide fairly-in my favor, in regards to my many legal complaints-which are now increasing exponentially;
3. Access to International Courts of Human Rights;
4. Access to lawyers abroad-who can assist me, with my International Court Cases, pertaining to violations, of my: civil and human rights;
5. The support of International nonprofit organizations-who support my cause, and who are willing to lobby in Europe, on my behalf, for both: my application for political asylum, and for my human rights court cases;
6. Support from any governments Internationally-other than the United States government, who are willing to acknowledge how devastating my situation in the US is, and how it is directly related to: The Obama Administration, and an illegal and uncontrollable influx of Africans and other terrorists, in to the United States.
The Obama Administration is-the United States-even Internationally, in most cases. Mr. Obama, is an African Dictator, who supports: “International Terrorism.” Mr. Obama, supports, international terrorism, and the African Diaspora, and the unrestricted movement, of Africans, and terrorists-worldwide. There is no: “No fly-terrorists list,” now, according to the United States State Department. Terrorists, now, fly into the US, on a regular basis, convert to American citizen, order a US State Department Passport, then fly anywhere else in the world, to be an African Diaspora terrorist, for Mr. Obama, in any other country, anywhere else, in the world-and I have a problem with this situation, you, should too!

I think that I have collected, more than enough evidence-at this point, to support my cases, and, that I really have, already met any reasonable burdens of proof, regarding my application for political asylum in Europe, over, and over again-now.
