Three months ago, a flight I was taking-Newark Int'l airport, to Cozumel, Mexico, was cancelled-illegally, by African airport staff, at: MIA-Miami Int'l airport. I paid money, and had reserved housing in Cozumel, MX, for the entire month of July, 2016. I lost money, when I was not able to follow through with my intended reservations-affordable comfortable living arrangements, that I could afford.
I am homeless, in the US, because I do not have any employment, to pay for the high costs of housing here. I was illegally: "Blacklisted," by the Obama Admin. I have not had a single job, since Obama has been president, and, I used to work all over, all of the time. The state of homelessness, that I was forced to remain in, in the US, when Africans who work for AA cancelled my plane ticket to Cozumel, MX-without my permission, has been devastating.
I am physically ill, unable to successfully complete all of my PhD homework, I require more medications for my asthma and for my acne, and, I look irresponsible to others-when the situation-not my fault. I am an applicant for political asylum in: Norway-due to the great many problems, that I have unfairly encountered, since Obama has been pres. of the US. I have access to nothing I need in the US, because of Obama: employment, housing, public library, community centers, necessary medications, working post mail box, etc.
AA, allowing their African employees, to cancel my flight to Cozumel, MX-was too unfair, and, I have been stuck in dangerous situations, all over the US since. I am now, stranded in DC-and requesting a plane ticket flight voucher-instead of the refund I was issued. Please cancel the refund check-I never received it, or anything else. Please issue me a substitute voucher, for a domestic/international flight, to anywhere. I have researched the situation, I can not confirm any refund check, was ever issued to me, and still, I am owed fair compensation, for pain/suffering endured.

Initial Contact Communications Requesting Considerations For Employment/Cover Letter, Field: International Civil and HUman Rights Abuses 9-23-2016

To Whom It may Concern:
I have a strong interest, in subject matters, and actions taken, in
regards to: civil and human rights abuses-due to my own tenuous
situation. I am presently located, in the US, and, I am seeking
employment, in the fields, and related fields, of: civil and
International human rights-justice and outreach. I have established, my
own nonprofit organization: Emergency International Internet Relief. I
attempt to discuss issues, that I have identified, as pressing
matters-which are not being regularly covered, by US, or International
media/press. I am a freelance reporter, and post my: news/intelligence
reports/related research reports, online, atvarious social networking
website, because, I have not been accepted, by a publisher yet.
I have engaged in a great deal of academic endeavors, in the US. At
present, I am enrolled in a doctoral studies program, through:
Northcentral University. In November, of this year-I am set to begin:
Intelligence Officer Training-as a civilian, with the US Marines. I also
have a law school application pending, for: Spring: 2017, with an
International LLB program, in: Great Britain-I am praying for a
scholarship offer. All of the studies programs, listed above, are
available as online programs, and, for this reason, I am not restricted
by location, as to where I could accept an employment offer. At this
point in time, I am particularly interested, in a employment position,
that may be available-with sufficient pay, in Europe, or, in a major US
city, with an International airport, and opportunity, to relocate to
offices-somewhere in Europe.
Due to the fact, that I am planning to attend law school, through:
Great Britain, and, I have such a strong predilection, for issues
concerning: International-civil and human rights abuses, it will be
necessary for me to be closer to, the: International courts, of civil
and human rights, i.e.-Holland, France, Great Britain. In my sincere
opinion, reporting, and sharing devastating news, about International
human rights abuses-will never be enough. Some countries, do nothing at
all, when these types of atrocities occur, other countries-try too hard,
to cover-up, the: "Crimes Against Humanity," while still other
countries-apologize and do not mean sorry, and the: tortures and abuses
continue unabated.
When someone, has committed a wrong, there are a number of ways to
respond to the situation, through a legal system. There is both: civil,
and then there is criminal court. Severe abuses, of: civil and human
rights, are a criminal matter. When issues pertaining to mass, and
un-checked abuses, of: civil and human rights, cannot be effectively
dealt with, in the countries of origin, then those legal cases-must be
addressed, in an International court system-or, the pain and suffering,
will only increase exponentially: "Absolute power corrupts-absolutely!"
It is my intention, to apply to employment positions, both: within the
US, and abroad, that will allow me to utilize, both: my academic
training, and my strongest interests. I have a real need to resolve the
problems related, to: civil and human rights abuses, and not only those
which occur, and on a daily basis, within the US-also those, which are
negatively affecting citizens, of other countries. It is never helpful
to pretend, like something that is happening, is not in fact happening.
By lying about the truth, the negative influences are encouraged to
grow, and to spread. Many of the problems presently negatively impacting
the US, which are related to: civil and human rights abuses in the US,
and strongly intertwined, with: civil and human rights abuses, in other
countries, and: International terrorism-that has been encourage, by:
dysfunctional political: systems, rulers, political parties,
organizations, affiliations, etc. .
When a situation, of: civil and human rights abuses, are dealt with
aggressively, in an effective, and meaningful way, more than merely a
criminal sentence-that can be easily enforced, is handed down. Victims,
have the right, to the benefits, of the full justice system, which does
not stop, at: an International Criminal Court prison sentence, or the
death penalty. Victims, have a right to have access, to full
reparations, to financial compensation, for: pain/suffering, and
tertiary repercussions.
If a country, is sincerely apologetic, about
they multitudes, of way and means, that any individual bringing suit,
has been, both: abused and tortured, then, the apology, should reflect
such a fact. Due to the fact, that severe: civil and human rights
abuses, are of such a serious nature, and set such a valuable
precedent-we are now automatically talking about: multi-million dollar:
civil and human rights International legal cases, to defend citizens, in
various countries around the world, against the continued lack of care
and concern, to many world leaders, have come to view-as soo
commonplace, as to be, both: regular practice, and acceptable.
From what I am aware of, in regards to various organizations, that deal
with such serious matters, pertaining to violations, of: civil and
human rights abuses, such as: Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch,
Human Rights Now, Red Cross, United Nations, etc.-those organizations,
for which I am now applying for employment, would benefit immensely-not
only from the legal defense to accompany to news and the initial
complaints-also from the influx of finances, after cases have been one,
to further supports efforts, to defend: civil and human
rights-Internationally.
I have experience-not only with the: civil and
human rights abuses myself-from tragic personal circumstances, here in
the US, I also have experience with: freelance reporting, investigations
and on site evidence collections, investigative photography, online
grass roots marketing through social networking, regular communications
with the International intelligence community, etc. Please Google my

American Airlines, has owed me a refund, for a plane trip to Cozumel, Mexico, that they illegally cancelled, three months ago. I was tortured in Falls Church, VA, by Africans, who are members of Mr. Obama's family tribe in Kenya. I was illegally detained, as a political prisoner, and hostage, at the mental hospital, in Fall Church, for submitting a political asylum application, to: Norway, and for calling the Russian Embassy, while I have been visiting the DC area, to see if they might consider my application for political asylum as well, because Norway, is not allowing me to speak to a lawyer-as legally required and promised, to complete my political asylum application to Norway-at this time. I have had no opportunities-other than education, since Mr. Obama, has been president.
I have not had a single job, for the entire Obama Administration-and, I did work many employment positions, prior to the election, of Mr. Obama. I have been homeless in the US, for 6 years, because I have had no employment, to pay for the extremely expensive housing available to me- here in the US. In the United States, having good credit-is never enough. Most apartment complexes require, an impossible, two and a half times-proof of income, of the rent-in order to be considered for apartment, or any other housing.
I need a little over: 1, 200.00 per month-for even a studio apartment, and rooms for rent, are starting off, at about: 700.00 per month, in the US right now. I have people, who are willing and able to assist me in Europe, and, no friends or family, who are willing to help me in the US. I am becoming very physically ill-from the illegally forced-chronic homeless: abuse/torture-that I have been subjected to, in the US. I am a: PhD, doctoral studies student. I am set to begin Intelligence Officer Training, with the US Marines in Nov. 2016. I am also an applicant, for: International Legal Studies, in the UK-Spring: 2017.
I am bright, and I work hard, and I have illegally denied access in the US, to: housing, employment, public libraries, healthcare, food banks, community centers, homeless shelters, etc., for a number of sociopolitical reasons-including, and not limited to: my religion-Buddhist, instead of Christian, my race-Asian, instead of African American, my social status-inteligencia, instead of blue collar, my sexual orientation-heterosexual and conservative, instead of: gay, or even open-minded, my political affiliation-Conservative Republican, instead of Liberal Democrat, my personal ideology-feminist and social activist, instead of being a Mr. Obama supporter-etc.
I am requesting a: referral to social services, by your organization: Travelers Aid, to your services available, at: the Washington, DC Reagan National Airport. I was not able to obtain any services that I required, in the Washington, DC, or Virginia areas. I need help with: negotiating with American Airlines re-the refund check that they owe me, from 3 months ago, or, a plane ticket voucher, to fly somewhere else in the US or abroad, I require hygiene supplies and food, and-if necessary, might need transportation, for your additional services, from the airport, to Union Station in DC.
I have all new luggage. I have clean clothing to change into. I am prepared to fly, if a plane ticket voucher, can be arranged, with: American Airlines, however, I do not have any money, to pay for the baggage, that must be checked-in, for that flight. After 3 months, of suffering and languishing in the US, while I patiently have waited, for the refund, that American Airlines owes me to arrive-which, I have never received-although, they state that the money has been returned, it is my opinion, that it would be more appropriate, for American Airlines to provide me, with a free plane ticket to the UK-London, where individuals are not oppressed, by: the Mr. Obama Administration, and, where people that I have recently spoken with, have already agreed to assist me. My name
is: Miss. Bayo Elizabeth Cary, AA, BA, MLIS I am homeless, and temporarily
residing at an emergency shelter, for the homeless, in: Arlington, VA. I have
been tortured in the US, for almost 20 years. Earlier this year, I saved all my
money, and flew to: Manchester, UK, to apply for: political asylum. I brought
with, tons of legal paperwork, confirming the fact, that I have been badly
abused, and literally tortured in the US.
This
emergency shelter-where I am presently located, is my only access to helpful
housing, since my housing crisis began in: 2010. I have been homeless in the
US, for a total of 6 years now. I have had no employment in the US, since Obama
has been president. I have not had a any opportunities at all, since Obama has
been president of the US-except for educational. I am working on my doctoral
studies online.
I am set to being training as an: intelligence officer-as a
civilian, through the US Marines, beginning this November, of 2016, when the
first half of my doctoral studies program, should be completed. I am well
educated, well read, friendly, out-going, and extroverted. When I came to the
UK, earlier this year, seeking political asylum, I was told, that UK Parliament
has determined, that there are no problems with Obama, or the US government,
and I was also told, that, therefore, my application for political asylum would
not be considered.
I was told, by UK: Immigration and Border Patrol, that the
devastating situation, that I am suffering from in the US-under the Obama
Administration, could not be considered, because, in cases of political asylum,
they are based more on the entire country, and how everyone in the country is
doing, and therefore, my individual case, of severe abuse-is of no consequence,
and this is not fair to me-at all! I am barely surviving a nightmare experience
in the US.
I am writing to all of the Embassies in Washington, DC-to complain
until my fingers bleed. People in DC, know how bad the Obama Administration
really is-even if they are afraid to talk about. Africans here, compare Pres. Obama, to
Mugabe, of Zimbabwe, and Botha, of South Africa. The situation in the US, is not favorable for
me, or my 3 children, and it is the political climate in the US-I do not
foresee it changing enough-even if Trump is elected President of the US next.
I
am a Republican, and Africans here, call me all sort of offensive names: Kite,
Jew, WASP, etc. The Africans are
flooding the US, because Obama is inviting them to support his causes, and he
is allocating all of the government jobs to them, soo he looses no control-once
he steps down, officially, from his office.
Because I was tortured again, this past August, by Obama, and his
imported friends from Africa-many from: Kenya, and from his very tribe, I, once
again, had to delay my application to law school in the UK.
I am an applicant
to: Northumbria, and their LLB program, in Newcastle, UK, where I have been
accepted before. I want to prosecute Obama and his administration, for what I
have suffered through in the US. I am beginning to processes, court cases,
through: The Hague, and The European Court of HUman Rights in France, however,
I require much assistance. I have been abandoned by my adopted family in the
US. I have a laundry list of legal issues and cases, that need to be addressed
in the US, and, I cannot obtain legal counsel-even when the police reports, are
in my favor, because of the Obama Administration.
Is there a European Court of
Human Rights in the UK-I think I remember hearing about one? I need immediate
access, to an International Court system, and I am praying, that one may be
available in the UK? English is my mother tongue-as I was raised in the
US-although, I am now an outcast here.
Please respond promptly to my inquiry. Obama is trying to sneak out of
office, without owning up, to all the pain and suffering, that he personally
has caused me, and many other Americans. I am seeking justice, and reparations.

I have a number of legal cases,
for which, I have collected and investigated, and save supportive evidence and
documentation:
1.
Car Accident- Occurred in 2013. The
police report is in my favor. I am permanently injured;
2.
I cannot send any emails from my Google email
account;
3.
My yandex email account only receives emails;
4.
My Facebook page is shut down all the time,
for the wrong reasons. I complained about a man trying to rape me, at a hostel,
in Gainesville, FL-after he assaulted me, and Facebook locked me out of my Facebook
page for several months. Other people in the US, have disgusting Facebook pages,
with Swastikas, and animals having sex with humans videos, posted to their Facebook
accounts, and they never get locked out of their accounts;

My adopted mom stole almost all of the belongings
in my last apartment, and she locked me up in a mental hospital, in order to do
it. Then, after my adopted mom stole my things, she deleted all of my: “intelligence
officer in training” and freelance reporter photos, from all over the US, and other
places in the world, which have taken me 5 years to collect. Then, when police came
to investigate the scene of the crime, my adopted mom filed a false police report,
as though someone else, had broken into my apartment, and taken my things-like she
had no idea where anything went. Almost a year later, my adopted mom, began to return
some of the stolen items to me. She returned all of my cameras broken, and with
all of the information deleted;

Illegal detentions, for prolonged periods-when
I require almost no medication, and I am fully functional, if I have enough
money;

I have been Illegally “Blacklisted in
the US, since 2008-that is why I have been homeless for 6 years here;

HigherOne Bank, has had a block on my
student financial aid bank account, and while I am attending classes, for
almost two years now, and, because I have no access to my student financial
aid, my homelessness, has continued, although, I am enrolled in a PhD studies
program in the US;
9.
SunTrust bank cleared a check for just
over 2,000.00 dollars for me, and then, long after the check had cleared, and
they had dispersed the funds to me, they took the money back out of my
account-claiming to have returned the money to the payee. SunTrust over drafted
my account then. SunTrust also stole one of my US Federal benefit welfare
checks to cover their illegal over draft. Lastly, SunTrust refused to allow me
to speak to their legal department about the matter, and never responded in
writing to any of my inquiries, although I sent them certified mail in regards
to the matter, and requested a response. Then, SunTrust blamed the situation on
me, and forced me to pay over 430.00-to remove a permanent block, that they
placed, so I could not open a single bank account in the US, until the full
amount was paid to them;

My adopted mom, kicked me out of my
home, and she stole all of my belongings in it;

My adopted mom, took a house she bought for
me back-it was an FHA home in my name, that I took care of, for several years, and

Dear Mr. Walker, Esq.
I contacted your office, Monday of this week, regarding a very serious litigation issue, involving: malpractice, personal injury, and basic civil rights violations, to my person: Ms. B. Elizabeth Cary, A.A., B.A., M.A.. I was held, when I had no mental illness and no symptoms of a mental illness, for an extensive and protracted time period, at several mental hospitals, here in the Florida area. Prior to the forced hospitalization, and immediately prior to it, I had been evaluated by both: a resident psychologist and a qualified psychiatrist, and I was found to be both: of sound and stable mind. I was also, just prior to the ex-parte enforced Baker Act, evaluated by a general medical doctor, who stated that I was fit to return to the university to study law. I was applying to law schools in both: the U.S. and the U.K., at that time.
I was abused throughout my stay, which lasted almost a year, in the three mental hospitals, which refused to: not only release me, but one hospital refused me my right to a habeas corpus, and access to the telephone to make local calls, as well. I was finally released, with no diagnosis, by a psychiatrist, after a long awaited hearing, with a judge from Tallahassee, and a court assigned public defender. I am more than a little disgruntled, regarding the year that I lost. I had to delay my applications to law school and law school itself. I had to spend all of my savings, in order to maintain myself, and I was unable to see my children, and then again, there were the repeated abuses which were inflicted upon me--including the medications, and in excess, which I do not require, at all--whatsoever.
I spoke to a very kind representative from your office this past Monday, and I was expecting a call back on Tuesday, regarding my request for the assistance of an attorney from your office. However, due to a temporary housing situation, I was unable to be near a phone, when she offered to return my call in order to litigate the issue. I hope, and sincerely so, that your office has agreed to take my case. I have records from: psychiatrist's (showing my fitness), from my previous psychologist, from general medical doctor's, and I made numerous complaints to: a 1-800-96ABUSE hotline, when I was even allowed or able to utilize the phone. I also put in: complaint after complaint in, both: writing and verbal message form (on a voice mail system, at the facility itself), when I was able. I have several hard copies of complaints on my person. The other records can be subpoenaed.
The list of complaints and civil right's abuses, at each of the three facilities, which unlawfully detained me for almost a year, is more than a mile long, and that is not even an exaggeration. I want to sue all three facilities, for: the unlawful detainment, for the abuses that I suffered while I was detained, for the money that I was forced to spend to maintain myself while I was being unlawfully detained, for the numerous items and money that were stolen from me, and for the lack of care and concern and the lack of quality and quantity of care that were provided to me, for the entire length of the unwanted stay, and for extensive amounts of, both: pain and suffering. I suffered a great deal. It was extremely unpleasant, and that is an understatement. The experience will never be fully or adequately forgotten.
In addition, I have finally been accepted to a law school that I plan to attend in the Spring of 2012. Prior to the forced hospitalization, I had already been accepted to 4 law schools here in the United States. I have absolutely no criminal history or record. The paperwork which initiated the ex-parte Baker Act, was completely false, and that was the second time that my mother executed, that ex-parte Baker Act paperwork, when it was completely inappropriate and inapplicable to my situation, and wherein, she was responding to my desire to move abroad to study both: law and medicine, and when I had no mental illness or symptoms, and I had been recently evaluated by a medical professional, who stated such. I discussed the situation, regarding my difficulties with my mother, at length, with both: the psychiatrist and psychologist who saw me, prior to the second fallacious ex-parte Baker Act.
I am absolutely certain that this is a litigious situation. My personal rights, have been violated in too many ways, based on my mother's judgements of me, which were more than just inaccurate. My mother was in an acommunicata state with me, prior to both ex-partes, and she is not a qualified medical professional. My mother has never been medically trained, and has been very difficult for me to deal with, for a number of years now. My mother has a history of both: arguing with me regarding my studies and making herself unavailable to me when there is a family situation, which requires discussion, such as: my three children, being returned to my care.
My mother s very upset about the fact that I will be moving abroad, to study both: law and medicine, and therefore, she has attempted, through whatever means available to her, including false ex-partes, to block me from regaining my children, in my direct care, so that we can move abroad together. I have sole-custody of my three children as stated through child support court in Tallahassee, FL. The child support case, has recently been completely closed. My mother has been opposing the return of my children to my care, for the past 12 years, and recently, again and again. Numerous individuals have supported my desire to have my children returned to my care. In addition, prior to my discharge from the last mental hospital, with no diagnosis, my mother made a number of significant mistakes, regarding my personal history and mental health, and on record, during the hearing. I imagine, that a transcript from the hearing can be easily subpoenaed-as well.

I am
temporarily located at: Access House: 1912 South Lorton Street, Arlington, VA
22204. I am here because I am having a crisis. I have been homeless in the US,
for 6 years. I have no friends or family to help me. I have not enough money
right now, to support myself, or to begin a successful attempt-in the US. I am
an applicant for political asylum in NOrway, and my application is halfway
processed-I never spoke to an attorney, while I was there.
I am taking the medication
Zoloft, for: mild depression and PTSD. I am a political prisoner and hostage in
the US. I have almost nothing I need here, all of the time. People have
already stolen something valuable from me, at Access HOuse, and I have only
been here 5 days. My stay at Access House is limited to 2 weeks-thank God.
I am the only
functional client here. I share a room with a homeless Ethiopian woman, who
hates the smell of any chemical. Staff today, tried to send me back to a
mental hospital for quietly arguing with the Ethiopian woman this morning,
about using a disinfectant, when she cleans the kitchens, and the dishes-etc.,
in it. According to Pakastani staff here, I was in the wrong, because from here
perspective, people can do anything they want here. HOw dare I mandate disinfectant
in a US kitchen!
The Ethiopian
woman, already has housing, and is applying for employment in the US, and will
get it, and in a kitchen, because she loves to cook, with nothing to kill
germs. The Ethiopian woman is completely clueless about health hazards, such as
germs, and can barely spell in English-she already has housing, and is looking for
employment-as previously stated.
She has a serious mental illness and only
showers 1 time a week, and almost never changes her clothing or brushes her
hair. She is an American now, her application for citizenship was quickly
approved, and she is too unhealthy in her thinking to live in America-no thank
you Obama. The woman loves America,
never wants to leave, and the local Catholic Church bought her new clothes and
an expensive laptop-I had to buy my own!
A second patient, a
White male, with a light skinded African American parent-he is also looking for
work, and will find some. He can stay at Access House, for as long as he wants.
The man never misses a smoke break-he stinks. He is only 22 years, however, he
has no idea how to clean a toilet, or even his breakfast plate-he cleans
neither. He is a drug abuser, and alcoholic, who watches XXX rated Hampter
videos all day-it is gay sex, of men shoving a hamster in their ass-he hides
the webpage behind his Facebook, which is covered in Swastikas.
A third patient, she
is African American, and I could not stay in a room with her, because she is
soo aggressive. The Black woman yells at me all of the time-and I cannot use a
phone if she is in the room. The woman is on probation, and threatens me
physically sometimes, while I am on the computer. If she attacks me, I am
calling her probation officer myself. I have to avoid her completely.
The last patient, I have named 10 second
Sam-like in the movie: 50 1st dates. The woman cannot remember what
she said to you. She repeats herself. She cannot even remember the beginning of
a short question, by the time you get to the end of the question: “What did you
say again?” 10 second Sam, will most
likely have housing and work in the US soon-too!
I am in a doctoral
studies program. I was just admitted to an Intelligence Officer training
program, which begins after my doctoral studies, this November, of 2016-it will be my 2nd Masters
Degree program. I shower every morning. I wash my clothes, and everything else
with tons of soap. I spell-I was an English major. I am a quick type. I am
personable most of the time. I have had no housing in the US, for 6 years, and
will never get any here. I have not been employed in the US, since: 2008. NO!
Immigrants, and
retarded mental patients, are taking all of the job openings in the US. It is a
priority for the Obama Administration, to hire anyone, who has no ability, and
who has no thinking skills. I am not just frustrated by this point. I am
disgusted. Thank you for continuing to receive my email communications. Please
assist me, in any way, that, you may be able. I require you immediate services.
I am competent, and being abused in the US, for socio-political reasons. I have
nothing except awful memories now. Thank you again.

I added I Welcome App, to have more information about student advising. I saw the introduction, for undergraduate studies, in my list of Apps, and did not see the orientation for graduate student there.
